Pukúu Cultural Community Services is proud to announce Suanne Ware-Diaz as the mistress of ceremonies for the 2015 Night with the Stars gala scheduled Thursday, November 12th. Guest will enjoy an evening of fine dining, dancing, traditional California Indian songs and live entertainment at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City, Los Angeles.Mistress of Ceremonies Suanne Ware-Diaz (Kiowa) serves as an executive staff in the non-profit sector plus works with The United Methodist Church serving Native American communities and churches throughout the United States. Ware-Diaz holds a B.A. from UCLA in Fine Arts and is a former dancer/choreographer with the Elle Johnson Dance Company. She is a creative, enthusiastic leader who is nurturing new leaders to carry-on the work of justice and inclusion of Native American Peoples in society and in the world.
Gala proceeds support the increase of scholarship opportunities for American Indian students aiming to obtain a college education.
